Ceramic upcycling: paint a preloved piece of crockery

Do you have plain crockery you'd like to upcycler? Bring a piece or 2 and we will upcycler them.

You will first draw your design on a piece of paper. Then you will transfer it onto your piece of ceramic and finally you will paint it with ceramic paint.

Not feeling like you can draw anything? I'll have patterns of animals that you can use.

This is for decoration only! You won't be able to use it with food or drinks.

In this workshop you will:

• Learn one way to upcycler ceramics
• Have a personalised piece of crockery to take home
• Spend 2 hours in the zone drawing and painting
• Connect with other people
• Skill you can use with your entire crockery cupboard

Beginner friendly. All materials included but you need to bring your preloved ceramics.

The best ceramics are plain white ones. Plates will be easier if you are not used to paint on rounded surfaces. Mugs work but you have to remember that's only for decoration, you won't be able to use them as mugs. You could turn them into small vases.

Children under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. All must have a ticket.
