Join One Natural Glow × N&Co. for a calm and relaxing evening created especially for SEN parents and carers to pause, unwind and recharge.
Your session includes gentle Sound Healing, Reiki, guided relaxation and mindfulness in a small, welcoming group of just 6 people, creating a peaceful and personal experience.
After the session, enjoy herbal teas, fresh fruit and the opportunity to relax before heading home.
