Join us at Mary and Archie (Chorlton) for a fun and relaxed evening where you'll get to create your own ceramic pendants and trinket dishes . It’s a great chance to try something creative and take home your handmade pieces!
The workshop kicks off on October 21, 2026 at 6:30 PM (BST) . Come ready to get your hands a little messy and enjoy some crafty vibes with others who love making cool stuff.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned creatives alike, this class guides you through the foundational skills of hand-building.
You will learn how to properly roll out your clay, cut clean shapes, and smooth the edges for a professional finish. We will explore different shaping methods, allowing you to use precision cutters or shape your own mini bowls. You will also get to experiment with various texturing tools and stamps to press beautiful, intricate imprints directly into the surface of your pieces.
The second half of the workshop is dedicated entirely to adding colour and personality. You will be guided through the process of applying vibrant, coloured glazes to bring your unique designs to life.
After the workshop, your finished pieces will be left to dry completely before being carefully loaded into our kiln. Your creations will be professionally glazed and fired twice in our kiln, ensuring they are completely waterproof, highly durable, and beautifully finished. All finished pendants and trinket bowls will be ready for collection 2 weeks after the workshop.
