Celebrating the Deep Impacts of National Service: AmeriCorps Panel & CEEE Open House
Join us at the Center for Energy & Environmental Education on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 6 p.m. for a national service panel discussion and open house to celebrate one of the Center’s largest and most impactful program initiatives with Green Iowa AmeriCorps and Nourish Iowa.
The AmeriCorps panel will be composed of our program alums, active members, and program partners sharing insights about how our nationally recognized programming has impacted our members, communities, and partners over time to serve Iowa. Following the panel discussion we will have demonstrations of some of the services provided by our members along with make and take stations for attendees to take some goodies home with them.

This free speaker series is open to UNI staff, faculty, students and the community. Enjoy engaging activities, networking opportunities and a chance to honor UNI’s rich history and bright future.
