Featuring compositions we have performed in the past and composers with whom we have had a close relationship. Come hear selections from: William Grant Still, Amanda Harberg, Kile Smith, Malcolm Arnold (our guest in March 2000) and Maestro Sheldon Bair, plus pieces by Ralph Vaughan Williams and Gabriel Fauré which were performed at the SSO’s very first concert!
We welcome back guest soprano soloist Carolyn Black-Sotir. JoAnna Cochenet joins to conduct two works.
