Motherhood holds so many emotions and experiences. This workshop is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Whether you’re a new mom in need of deep rest, someone reflecting on the love of your own mother, or simply seeking a moment of peace, you are welcome here.

Step away from the expectations and endless to-do lists and settle into a deeply nourishing practice designed to calm the nervous system and restore the body.

Through a gentle blend of Yin and Restorative yoga, you’ll be guided into long, supported poses that encourage deep relaxation and release. The experience will be enhanced with the soothing sounds of singing bowls, a guided meditation, and warm tea as we gather together in the Keystone community.
