Yoga Workshop for Women's Wellness & Health

Slow Down: Yoga for Women’s Wellness & Health is a gentle, supportive yoga workshop created specifically for women’s bodies and nervous systems.

This experience blends slow movement, breathwork, and restorative postures with education around women’s health and wellness.

Throughout the practice, you’ll learn how yoga supports:

• Hormonal health
• The nervous system and stress response
• Rest and recovery in the female body

We move at an intentional pace, giving your body space to unwind, regulate, and reset without pressure or performance.

This workshop is both nurturing and educational, offering tools you can carry into your daily life, personal practice, or teaching.

• Looking for a slower, more restorative yoga experience
• Curious about how yoga supports women’s health
• Wanting practical tools for nervous system regulation

All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered so the practice feels supportive and accessible.

This workshop includes an educational component focused on women’s health and is eligible for Yoga Alliance continuing education credit.
