About this Event

On Tuesday, August 25th, Food Tank and the City of Minneapolis will kick off the Minnesota State Fair with "Celebrating Minnesota's Farmers: A Love Story" at Minneapolis Central Library's Pohlad Hall.

The evening builds on the extraordinary success of Voices of Farmers: A Love Story, the sold-out live storytelling series that has moved audiences from Smock Alley Theatre in Dublin to the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, and Adelaide Fringe through powerful farmer stories, live music, and immersive theatrical experiences.
