Come celebrate a decade of stone milled flour and sourdough bread with Baker's Field!
About this Event

Join us as we celebrate 10 years of stone milling and baking in Minneapolis and say thank you for the support that has made all this possible. This family friendly event will include tours of our mill & bakery, a bread baking competition, raffle, and pop up sale.
Free to attend. Food and beverages available for purchase, with offerings from our FOOD BUILDING neighbors - Lowry Hill Provisions, 3leche, and Diane's Place.
Event RSVP greatly appreciated. Spaces for our mill & bakery tours and bread baking competition entry are limited, so RSVP is required only for participation in either of these events.

Bread Baking Competition Details:

The bread competition will be a low pressure competition designed to be a fun way to see how folks showcase Baker's Field flours in their loaves. Loaves should be made with Baker's Field Flour (not provided) and submissions should include:

Ingredients list, brief description, fully baked sliced and ready for sampling. Recommended size is about 500g loaf. Enough for up to 10 people to taste. Space to finish/prep entries will not be provided. The winner will receive a 25-lb bag of Baker's Field flour of their choice.
