Celebrating 40 years of the Michel Cloutier Marketing Competition

Dear Telfer Marketing Alumni,

Forty years ago, the Michel Cloutier Marketing Competition began with a simple but powerful idea: to give students a real-world challenge that would shape how they think, collaborate and lead. It’s an idea my father believed in deeply, and one that has influenced generations of Telfer graduates, including you.

To mark this milestone, I invite you back to campus for a special 40th anniversary reception bringing together past participants, alumni, former case clients and current students. All are connected by a shared experience that helped build skills many carried with them as they moved forward in different directions.

This evening is a chance to reconnect with peers who remember the pressure, the teamwork and the excitement of competition, and to see how the experience continues to evolve for today’s students, whatever paths they may choose.
