Celebrate National Poetry Month with The Portland Poets Society, Poetry on the Air, and The Portland Dirt. Meet your poet neighbors - the letter carriers, doctors, computer programmers, non-profit managers, activists, and protesters who live in our community. Gather together to hear heartfelt poetry and learn about how you can become involved with these community art initiatives.This program will also be recorded and broadcast on WMPG's Poetry on the Air, which hosts interviews and readings by local and regional poets.
