CDM Mock Trial Event

Join us for a live CDM Principal Designer Mock Trial, based on an HSE prosecution following a roof collapse. Rather than sitting through another presentation about enforcement, you'll be part of the jury. You'll hear the evidence, listen to witness testimony, see how the decisions made during design are challenged in court and decide the verdict for yourself. It offers a different perspective on the Principal Designer role and how it can come under scrutiny after a serious incident.
