When distance disappears, most people don’t know what to do.

This workshop is focused on one of the most overlooked areas of self-defense — controlling the fight at close range.

During this 2-hour immersion, you’ll learn how to:

• Stay balanced and in control under pressure
• Prevent getting overwhelmed when space is tight
• Control your opponent in close quarters
• Create opportunities to strike, escape, or disengage

This is not a regular class.

It’s a focused training session designed to give you the kind of repetition and intensity you don’t get during weekly classes.
