Cool off with City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue for an afternoon of ice cream, adorable adoptable dogs, and community!
Join us at Mt. Desert Island Ice Cream on Saturday, August 1, from 12:00–2:00 PM to enjoy some of DC's best ice cream while supporting homeless pets in need. During the event, a portion of ice cream sales will benefit CDCK, helping us continue rescuing dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters and placing them into loving foster homes.
Meet some of our adoptable dogs, chat with volunteers about fostering and adoption, and bring your friends, family, and fellow dog lovers for a sweet afternoon supporting a great cause.
