CCH Conference 2026 Cartref a Chynefin: Community power in action
Join us at the Temple of Peace on September 23, 2026 for an inspiring in-person event focused on Cartref a Chynefin – exploring the power of homes, belonging, and community-led housing.
Discover how community power is transforming housing through collaborative efforts and shared vision. This conference celebrates the spirit of belonging and the impact of community-led solutions in creating sustainable, inclusive neighborhoods.
To support participation, a number of travel bursaries are available for community groups engaged with the Communities Creating Homes programme, subject to eligibility and available funding.
