Join Sherri for this special restorative yoga class that uses yoga props and blankets to release tension stored in the body.
Poses will be held longer to encourage a state of deep relaxation as Sherri demonstrates how to blend the gentle practice of restorative yoga, plant medicine and crystal meditation to create a sacred space.
Students will have the option to try NC organic hemp flower before class to achieve a deeper state of relaxation. This special 75 minute class will prepare the body to release, relax, and let go.
Cost of class is $20 .
Crystals will be provided for the students to infuse with their own energy and keep for personal use.
