The space opens up into a large cavern, where you are invited to set up chairs or mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. You'll notice a large collection of ancient instruments—Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, native flutes, drums, and chimes—each one chosen for its unique ability to resonate with the natural frequencies of the cave. The ceiling of the cave rises high above, creating an acoustically perfect environment where every sound is amplified and enriched.
As the session begins, you'll be guided into a blissful state of BEing, settling into your breath and body. The first notes of the singing bowls emerge, their vibrations moving through the stone walls and into your body, creating a deep sense of connection with the earth beneath you. The sound waves interact with the natural acoustics of the cave, creating a surround-sound experience that feels like the cave itself is singing.
