Sound baths with ECHO Studio are meditative experiences that draw upon breath-work, guided meditation, aromatherapy and theta frequencies which bring you into a more deeply relaxed state for when you are immersed in an ocean of sound created with Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, gong-work, a Turkish cymbal, rattles, drums and unique instruments crafted by Mother Nature and myself.

This sound bath is a monthly offering for an intentionally small group of people to provide plenty of room to breathe and be.

At ECHO Studio, I curate small group sound baths and private group sound baths, in addition to individual sessions for when you need to journey even deeper with sound. I also offer sound bath and journey experiences at alternate locations to accomodate larger groups in events and retreats. I would love to curate an experience that supports you.
