5:15pm Check-in opens
6:00pm Check-in closes (no late check-ins or entries)
6:05 pm Race briefing (ALL competitors MUST attend the race briefing!)
6:15 pm Race starts
Join us after the race at Catch 22 Cafe & Bar, 31 Beach Road, Tahunanui, for nibbles and drinks. There will also be a small prizegiving (spot prizes only)
Choose between
Short option: 1km run / 300m swim / 1km run
Longer option: 2km run / 1km swim / 2km run
