Swim (300m) - Bike (6.5km) – Run (5km)
This iconic local event invites athletes of all levels to take on a fun and exciting summer challenge in beautiful Pohara. Participants will navigate a unique course featuring a sea swim, a mountain bike ride, and a beach run.
It’s the perfect opportunity to push your limits and compete for trophies, certificates, prizes - including GOLD!

A passionate and generous local sponsor is keen to encourage local children to improve their physical fitness, because as we all know a healthy mind needs a healthy body! He has generously donated two 1oz GOLD COINS and four 10-15 gram GOLD BARS for the fastest Golden Bay male and female in the following age categories: under 14, 15-16, and 17-18!
