Welcome to our Silks & Acrobatics Programme! This is a NEW, fun, creative and challenging class that allows gravity defying skills where you move in all different dimensions. The focus is on building skills with safe progressions and fun.
Our casual, drop-in option is perfect for busy students or adults that can't commit to a full term of classes but want to attend a class when it best suits them.
