Our keynote speaker for this event will be Dr Zoe Schaedel
Who is an NHS GP specialising in menopause, sleep medicine and sexual health. She leads the Brighton and Hove NHS Menopause Clinic and co-directs Myla Health. Known for her evidence-based, practical approach, she delivers engaging talks that support employee wellbeing and performance. A registered British Menopause Society Specialist and member of the BMS Medical Advisory Council, she regularly lectures on menopause, sleep and preventative health. Her expertise has been featured across major media outlets including Channel 5, BBC Radio 4, The Guardian, The Independent, Grazia, the Daily Express and Good Housekeeping.
We are also joined by Suzelle Hortense, Pilates instructor and dancer, who will share how mindful movement can support wellbeing at every stage of life.
