Because you didn't ask for it, we are starting a new tradition! The Spring Casserole Cook-off!
We will be presenting this event in cooperation with Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia!
We are asking for all participants when they purchase their ingredients for the cook-off to please DOUBLE their recipe...This way the extra materials can be donated to Second Harvest! SH has given us a list of things they're always looking for, and perhaps they fit the recipes in your creative heads?
-Canned proteins (chicken, tuna, salmon)
-Canned vegetables
-Peanut butter
-Rice (1–2 lb. bags)
-Pasta and pasta sauce
-Canned fruit
-Shelf-stable milk
Keep in mind, the next week, we'll be sponsoring a field trip aka a White Whale service day with Second Harvest where they've invited our community to tour their amazing facility and they need us to help them pack supplies and donations for a few hours. Please join us!
