Please join the CTAA and our Presenting Sponsor - First Independence Bank and CT alum, President Dimitrius Hutcherson on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Kensington Metropark Golf Course, 13760 High Ridge Drive, Brighton, MI, for a memorable day of fellowship and golf as we celebrate 30 years of inspiring, supporting, teaching, and investing in Cass Tech golf!
Larry C. Patrick started the Cass Tech Golf Outing 30 years ago to provide students at Cass with exposure to one of the greatest games. He believed that it was not only playing the game, but learning perserverance, integrity and building character.
In honor of our 30th anniversary, we are awarding scholarships to the 2026 graduating Cass Tech Golf team members! Join us as we celebrate our college freshmen!
Not a Golfer - You can still support with a "$30 Dollars for $30 Years" Donation or sponsor a student foursome!

Coach Mike - Cass Tech Golf Coach
For those who haven't met him, we'd like to reintroduce Coach Mike Schuchard. He has been coach at Cass for the last couple of years and you may have seen him with the students at our golf outing. Coach Mike has shared that he has a new crop of eager student golfers coming into the program and could use assistance with used and new golf clubs. If you have "gently used" clubs you would like to donate (or balls, tees, etc.) please contact Coach Mike Schuchard directly at [email protected]. Thank you in advance for your support!
