Assumption of Risk:
Participants acknowledge and understand that there are risks associated with attending and participating in the Cars and Coffee Meetup, which may include, but are not limited to, property damage, theft, and bodily injury. By attending, participants willingly assume all risks associated with the event.

Waiver of Liability:
By participating in Cars and Coffee Meetup, attendees agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Margarian Law Firm and other co-hosts, its officers, agents, or employees (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant, or to any property belonging to the participant, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.

Indemnification:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to their participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:
By attending the Cars and Coffee Meetup, participants acknowledge that they have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that they have given up substantial rights by signing it, and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

Agreement to Rules and Regulations:
Participants agree to abide by any and all rules and regulations set by The Margarian Law Firm and other co-hosts understand that failure to do so may result in expulsion from the event and future events.

Photography/Videography Consent:
Participants understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event, and consent to The Margarian Law and other co-host use of these photographs and video recordings.
