In this class we will utilize K-Pop lyrics, Korean Drama and movies, Korean landmarks, Korean geography and history to learn the language. Basic Korean reading and writing will be interwoven through the class, but the focus will be conversational. Books will be provided through the Korean Education Center in Los Angeles. Requirements to Participate:
A basic understanding of Hangul (the Korean alphabet) is required.
Ability to attend all 10 sessions. Classes will take place starting Tuesday, January 27 - April 7 from 6:30PM - 7:45PM

The instructor is a graduate of the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, holds a Certificate of Korean Language Teacher (issued by the National Institute of the Korean Language, and a teaching certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea.
Parking
Visitors to the Glendale Central Library receive 3-hour FREE parking across Harvard Street at the Marketplace parking structure with validation at the service desk.
