Double Feature
The State Theatre

Doors: 6pm
CARRIE: 7pm

CARRIE
50th Anniversary!
(1976, 98min/color, DCP) Sissy Spacek, Piper Laurie, Amy Irving, William Katt, John Travolta, Nancy Allen, PJ Soles, and Betty Buckley. Directed by Brian De Palma.
With a fearless and iconic lead performance from Sissy Spacek, masterful direction from legendary filmmaker Brian De Palma, and a riveting story from horror master Stephen King, CARRIE has lost none of its power to terrify audiences over the past 50 years. There have been many iterations of this story about a girl who finally unleashes the righteous fury of her telekinetic powers on an unkind community, including this month’s series by horror fan favorite Mike Flanagan. But it’s unlikely anyone will ever top the original.
