Tristan Rutkowski, Also known professionally as CAROL, is a Dallas-based music producer and performance artist whose work defies genres and convention. With a foundation in classical music and a fearless approach to performance, CAROL blends sound, spectacle, and self-expression into one immersive experience.

Carol envisions the ongoing evolution of the Carol World series, with plans to expand the project into a dynamic universe of theatrical elements and diverse characters. This continuous development aims to create an ever- growing, immersive experience—one that evolves year after year, pushing creative boundaries and captivating audiences

worldwide.

Tristan’s artistic journey began at just ten years old, when he started learning violin, piano, and singing. His early passion for music soon expanded into learning how to produce electronic music, where he discovered a new realm of creative control and musical experimentation. Around the same time, he began exploring drag and creating homemade horror films with his father who was very supportive of his creativity and—early expressions of bold and cinematic storytelling that now defines CAROL's work.

CAROL is more than a musical act; it is a multi-sensory, theatrical world where drag, horror, and music collide. Known for jaw-dropping live performances that have included everything from indoor drone shows and pyrotechnics to simulated on-stage births and chainsaw illusions, CAROL transforms every show into a chaotic, magical, and unforgettable experience. With a creative vision rooted in authenticity, rebellion, and spectacle, CAROL represents the culmination of Tristan’s life experiences, artistic obsessions, and dedication to pushing boundaries.
