Caring for someone living with dementia is a journey filled with love, responsibility, exhaustion, and resilience. Too often, caregivers carry this weight quietly, navigating complex systems while managing their own emotional and physical well-being.

Caring Hearts: Dementia Caregiver Symposium is a community-centered gathering created to support family caregivers with practical tools, education, wellness resources, and meaningful connection. This half-day symposium offers a compassionate and accessible space where caregivers are seen, supported, and equipped, not overwhelmed.

Designed with caregivers in mind, the event blends educational workshops, resource access, wellness screenings, and moments of inspiration to address the real-life challenges of dementia caregiving. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from professionals, connect with community partners, and engage with others who understand the caregiving journey.

This is not a clinical conference or a sales-driven expo. It is a thoughtfully curated experience focused on dignity, sustainability, and community care.

Caring Hearts reflects the mission of My Natural Me, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through education, advocacy, and culturally responsive programming. Through the Dementia Caregivers Support Program, My Natural Me works to ensure caregivers have access to the tools, language, and community needed to care for others without losing themselves in the process.
