Many caregivers quietly navigate emotional stress, financial strain, workplace challenges, and the growing responsibility of helping loved ones safely age in place — often while trying to maintain stability within their own households and careers.

Caring Hearts: Dementia Caregiver Expo is a community-centered event created to support caregivers and families through education, wellness, advocacy, and meaningful connection. This thoughtfully curated experience brings together caregivers, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local resources to help families navigate the realities of dementia care with greater confidence and support.

This is not a clinical conference or a sales-driven expo. It is a compassionate and empowering community gathering focused on helping caregivers access practical tools, emotional wellness support, resource navigation, and sustainable caregiving strategies that strengthen both families and communities.

Designed with caregivers in mind, the event addresses real-life challenges including caregiver burnout, emotional wellness, care planning, aging in place, workplace balance, and navigating support systems available throughout our region.
