Join others who understand the emotional, physical, and personal challenges of caregiving. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in supportive discussion, explore self-care strategies, and learn about helpful community resources.
Bring your lunch and enjoy the support of others in a welcoming environment focused on healing, connection, and self-care.
Whether you are currently providing care, have cared for a loved one in the past, or are navigating grief after caregiving, you are welcome to attend.
