Caring for Mind & Body: A Community Conversation on Well-Being

Join SNIWWOC and the Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS) for a welcoming and informative workshop focused on mental well-being and sexual and reproductive health (SRH).

This session will explore the connections between mental wellness and SRH through a holistic, culturally responsive approach, with a focus on the experiences of racialized and newcomer women. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, reflect, and engage in supportive conversation in a safe and inclusive space.

This workshop is offered in person and online (via Zoom).
Light refreshments will be provided for in-person attendees.

A translator will also be present to support participants during the workshop.
