Caribbean Power Jam Radio in collaboration with United Bridge Building Mission Inc. Will be hosting its Youth Ambassador Summer Camp Program beginning July 1st and conclude on August 29th 2026.
This is a Free Program that targets youths between the ages of 7-17 years old, exposing them to several learning opportunities and possible career paths, with focus on Violence Prevention, improving public safety, and redirecting youths by providing professional assistance.
This camp is two afternoons a week in person and supportive via online one on one mental health support sessions and counseling.
Some engagements include, but are not limited to: Music & Disk Jockey, Drone technology, Radio Production (Media Arts) Youth Voices (views of youths), Games, Dress for Success, Tick Tock Segment. Fitness, Etiquette/ Social Grace. Financial Literacy, Survival Bush Cook Competition, and much more.
Professionals from Law Enforcement & the Business Community will be given an opportunity to invest in our Future Leaders.
This In Person Camp will place youths in a safe space, creating the atmosphere for Leaders and Young People who will represent the platform as Youth Ambassadors year round.
This will be fun, therapeutic, empowering, motivational and a diversionary experience.
Parents/ Guardians will also get an opportunity to learn new coping skills and be encouraged to enhance their of support their children. This session will be via a virtual workshop.
