We are partnering with Columbus Public Health to provide onsite CarFit services for older adults (age 65+) and car seat checks for older adults who transport children.
An appointment is required for CarFit services and car seat checks. Contact Emma Strange, COAAA’s Statewide CarFit Coordinator: 614-645-2104.
Note: CarFit services take approximately 20 minutes, and an additional 20 minutes are needed for car seat inspections.
CarFit offers free education to older adult drivers to guarantee comfort and safety while driving! For older adults who transport children, car seat technicians will be available to show you how to properly install, secure, and use child car seats. Learn more about CarFit: https://car-fit.org/
