AIM stands for Act. Invest. Maintain: three key components to achieving your short and long-term goals.

AIM for the Goal is a one-week program that provides goal-setting guidance tools to help with learning how to effectively –

• Clarify your ideas and write specific personal and professional goals
• Focus your efforts and assess your progress
• Overcome pitfalls and build a positive support system
• Use your time and resources more productively for better results in achieving what you want

Classes are facilitated by New Directions instructors and community partners in a positive learning community of ongoing accountability and peer support.

*This cohort of AIM is designed to help 55 and older strengthen their skills and confidence to thrive in the next chapter of their professional lives.

Program Dates: September 8-12

Program Duration: One Week

Class Days: Monday through Friday

Class Time: 10 AM – 12 PM
