Carer Support Drop-In Sessions (Nambour)

Each week we will provide a new topic with information to help you in your caring role and the option to do some craft in a relaxed environment. These topics and activities will be facilitated by an experienced Peer Facilitator who has their own lived experience as a carer.

Topics include:

• Am I a carer? Information about the Carer Gateway and how we can support you
• Effective communication
• Social connection
• Dealing with stress
• Reconnect and recharge
• Sleep
• Craft and connection

Sessions will be held fortnightly from 1pm - 2:30pm on Fridays starting from 27th March, 2026. Attend one or as many sessions as you would like!
