As a Caregiver to a young adult with a disability I know the importance of taking time to self care in order to be available to my son. The Wellness Warriors Partnership (WWP) has put together a mini retreat on March 21st from 10-5PM. The day will be filled meditation, yoga, catered lunch, group coaching, quiet time option or short hike, restorative yoga and guided journaling session.
Take this opportunity to pause, recharge and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.
