In this class, Joanna Compton of Growing Partners Landscape Consulting, Design and Workshops, will help participants learn how to Calm the Spirit using herbs and mindful practices. We will explore a selection of essential herbs and learn to craft simple, natural remedies using easy-to-find ingredients. We'll also practice mindful self-care techniques to help manage stress as it arises.
Together, the class will unlock the benefits of herbal remedies and mindfulness through hands-on creations - sprays, tinctures, lotions, teas and potpourris - paired with proven relaxation practices.
