The Career Development Conference & Career Expo brings together employers, colleges, skilled trades, military branches, and community resource organizations for one purpose:
to help students explore real career pathways, understand their options after high school, and gain the knowledge and confidence to take their next steps. With over 300 students and participants joining us from across 5+ counties we serve.
This is more than a traditional career fair.
Students will engage with professionals across a wide range of industries and sectors to:
-Explore career pathways and in-demand fields
-Learn about college, credentialing, apprenticeships, military service, and direct-to-work options
-Gain insight into workplace expectations, skills, and growth opportunities
-Discover supportive resources that remove barriers to success
