Care & Repair Conference 2026

Join us for the biggest event in Wales dedicated to older people's housing.

This year's conference brings together leaders, practitioners and partners from across Wales to explore one simple but powerful idea: that everyone should be able to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own home for as long as possible. As our population ages and pressures on health and care services grow, the role of the home will only become more critical. This conference will shine a light on the real difference that safe, suitable homes make—not just to individuals, but to families, communities and public services across the nation.

Who should attend?

The conference is for anyone interested in how housing, health and social care connect, or who wants to join the conversation about the wellbeing of older people in Wales. This includes housing professionals, health and social care workers, and those working for local charities.

Cost

Early bird discounts are available until early July 2025. After that, general admission is £150 per person. NHS and third sector workers can receive a 25% discount. Care & Repair staff can get further discounts on request.
