Tuesdays: 3PM-4PM Winter Session: 1/06/26 - 2/17/26 Cardio Drumming - a joyful, low-impact workout
Cardio Drumming blends gentle cardiovascular exercise with easy-to-follow rhythm using stability balls and lightweight drumsticks. Moves include drumming overhead, to the side, and across the body for a full-body routine that supports heart health, balance, and coordination—without stressing the joints.
