Designed to keep your heart rate elevated and your core activated. This class incorporates functional moves and traditional exercises to support a strong core and a healthy heart. A variety of moves for short intervals will keep both your mind and your body busy.Please review the below regarding classes at the Statesville Recreation Center:
🔹 Group fitness classes are included in the Annual and Monthly memberships.
🔹 Single class passes are $5 per class.
🔹 Classes are subject to be cancelled or changed without prior notice.
🔹 All classes will be held in the Group Fitness Studio unless otherwise denoted on the schedule.
🔹 Please notify the instructor before class if you are new to the class or require modifications.
