Looking for a cardio and strength class for seniors in Owen Sound? My Winter 2026 Cardio Core HIIT & Strength Class runs every Monday at 11:00 am at Heritage Place Mall, conveniently located near the Food Basics entrance.

This energizing class is designed specifically for active older adults who want to safely improve cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and overall conditioning.

What This Class Includes

Each 60-minute session features:

• 30 minutes of interval-style cardio
• One-minute intervals of fun, vigorous core-focused cardio alternating with short recovery segments
• 15 minutes of strength training
• Using weights and resistance bands
• 15 minutes of stretching
• To improve flexibility and reduce stiffness

The format keeps the heart rate elevated safely while building muscular strength and endurance.
