This retreat will be at a campsite in a secluded, natural environment. Facilities include showers, social arrears, hall for music lessons, rodas, discussions, lessons & group mealsCamp fires are allowed and each patch has its own fire if wanted plus a communal fire. Most physical classes will be either in the woods or on flat open grassed area.The training will include a warm up class in the woods each morning. A music class after breakfast and a class and training roda each afternoon/evening. We will be doing a combination of conventional style classes and also some unconventional practices that will help you gain balance, strength and better health. The full program/schedule and lesson plan to be taught will be added shortly to this event.
The event is off season so the campsite will be ours, you can camp in a little two man, bell tent or camper van, it's your choice. (Bring your own)
Any special guests will be added as we confirm attendance, all classes will be directed by Master Fantasma and senior students.
A taxi to the site (from Penzance Station) costs about £12 - recommended as it's up a hill - helpful for arrival. Anyone wishing to stay on after the workshop to visit Cornwall can do so. And arrival on the Friday can be anytime and vacate Tuesday morning 27th
