The KERNOWMANWith St Michael's Mount as the backdrop, enjoy a race in the stunning Mount's Bay. The swim takes place in the typically calm waters in front of the mount, followed by a 'Cornish flat' bike course through the quiet country lanes of west Cornwall. Finished off with a fast and flat run along the Marazion sea front path, which will be home to passers-by, spectators and supporters cheering you towards the finish!
SENIOR EVENTS (14-99Y)
With distances from Super Sprint, all the way to to Middle Distance/70.3, there is a race for everyone. This could be a course for 'have-a-goers' PB hunters, or those wanting to try a longer distance without the price tag.

Kernowman 70.3 – 1900m swim | 90km bike | 21.1km run
Kernowman Olympic – 1500m swim | 40km bike | 10km run
Kernowman Super Sprint – 400m swim | 15km bike | 2.5km run
Kernowman Aquabike - 1900m | 90km bike
JUNIOR EVENTS
MINI AQUATHLON (8-14Y)
Taking to the start line shortly after the senior races, using the same stunning backdrop. Mini Aquathlon participants start with a mass start swim in front of St Michael's Mount, with the distance increasing in line with the increase in age with each wave. Athletes then dash out after a quick transition for a run along the traffic free Marazion-Penzance coast path.

Cornish Tri Points: Max 100
Event Distances:
8 years: 50m swim – 600m run
9y-10y: 100m swim – 1.2k run
11-12y: 150m swim – 1.8k run
13-14y: 200m swim – 2.4k run
15-16y: Can race Senior Super Sprint Tri
