ich freue mich sehr, euch erneut zum Workshop-Wochenende „Capoeira só – Part II“ nach Hamburg einladen zu dürfen!
Dank der großartigen Unterstützung der Xará-Gemeinschaft ist es möglich, dieses besondere Wochenende auf die Beine zu stellen.
Bereits jetzt ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die mithelfen und dabei sind!
Auch in diesem Jahr heißt es wieder von -und miteinander trainieren, lernen und spielen.
Wir haben wieder 3 top Capoeiristas als Gäst*innen eingeladen:
Von der Gruppe A.C.A.P.O.E.I.R.A., Monitora Loba.
Sie ist ein wichtiger Teil der Capoeiracommunity.
Wir haben schon viele Workshops gemeinsam erlebt.
Jetzt ist sie zum ersten Mal als Trainerin und bei uns.
Von der Gruppe Origem da Bahia, Graduado Cabana.
Es ist immer wieder eine Freude, wenn wir uns auf Events wiedersehen.
Er ist ein sehr erfahrener Capoeirista.
Ob Akrobatik, Samba, Kultur – von ihm können wir aus allen Facetten lernen.
Von der Gruppe Capoeira Navio, Instrutora Sombra.
Dieses Mal als offizielle Workshopleiterin und als Teil der XARÀ Familia herzlich Willkommen.

Anmeldung:
falls es mit Anmeldung online nicht geklappt hat, ist es kein Problem.
Kommt einfach vorbei und wir regeln alles Vorort.

1 Workshoptag: 40€ / 2 Workshoptage: 60€
Dresscode:
Como vc quiser / Keine Uniformpflicht!
Unterbringung:
Ihr habt die Möglichkeit bei uns in der Budohalle (Tatamis) zu schlafen.
Bringt euch also Schlafsäcke, Isomatte etc. mit.
Wir können euch auch Privat unterbringen.

I’m super excited to invite you again to the “Capoeira só – Part II” workshop weekend in Hamburg!
Thanks to the amazing support of the Xará crew, we’re able to make this special weekend happen.
Big thanks already to everyone who's helping and joining in!
Once again, it’ll be all about training, learning, and playing – together and from each other.
We’ve invited 3 awesome guest Capoeiristas:
From A.C.A.P.O.E.I.R.A., Monitora Loba – she’s a big part of the Capoeira community and we’ve trained together at many workshops. This is her first time joining us as a trainer!
From Origem da Bahia, Graduado Cabana – it’s always a joy to meet him at events. He’s super experienced and has so much to share – acrobatics, samba, culture and more.
From Capoeira Navio, Instrutora Sombra – officially joining us this time as a workshop lead and a warm welcome as part of the XARÁ family!

Wear whatever you want – no uniform required!
Accommodation:
You can sleep with us at the Budohalle (on the tatamis).

Tô super feliz em convidar vocês mais uma vez pro fim de semana do workshop “Capoeira só – Parte II” em Hamburgo!
