There’s never been a better moment to get involved in Canadian BMX. Olympic prospects Molly Simpson and Ryan Tougas are helping motivate a new wave of young competitors, while the BMX Canada National Series gives riders the competition they need to grow and progress.Hundreds of BMX athletes will gather at Nepean BMX at 93 Houlahan Street, Ottawa, Ontario to continue the BMX Canada National Series — Capital City Nationals!
Over 600 competitors from Canada and the United States will take part as they begin their pursuit of National titles. The race format includes more than 100 motos, with riders grouped in heats of up to eight based on age and ability.
Participants as young as two years old will compete on strider bikes, with divisions covering a wide range of ages and skill levels.

Admission is free for spectators, with racing running from Friday, May 29 through Sunday, May 31. The event is sanctioned by BMX Canada.
Parking available on site - $10/day or $25 for full weekend.
