Before you join
A few helpful tips to make your visit smoother:
✔️ Check the website for any last–minute time changes.
✔️ No advance bookings – just join the virtual session.
✔️ Have your security ID ready – use the link above if you need to register.
✔️ Join during the first hour if you can – it reduces waiting time.
✔️ Keep your paperwork ready and organised by date.
✔️ Try to avoid having children with you during the call if possible.
During your visit
Make the most of your time with an adviser:
👉 Have your security ID ready when you join – this helps us direct you quickly.
👉 If the session is busy, consultations may be limited to 20 minutes.
👉 We may not be able to see anyone joining after the cut-off time.
👉 We cannot review a full EHCP draft or create appeal grounds during walk-in sessions – these require detailed 1:1 appointments.
👉 All advisers are trained volunteers. We cannot guarantee a specific adviser will be available.
