The Garden: Where Flowers Listen, Clouds Dance, and Children Lead the Way

Specially designed for very young children we invite you to explore the world of “The Garden” through the eyes of a child. This beautiful interactive installation offers you and your child the opportunity to enter a magical world of wonder and discovery among plants, flowers, birds, insects and animals.

This immersive installation is designed to spark curiosity and encourage playful exploration for babies and under 5s.

Please arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booked timeslot to guarantee entry.

Please note this is a 'shoes off, socks on' space for all visitors.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The Garden is part of a new early years international festival designed to bring together and celebrate the creativity of our young children and families alongside outstanding, engaging national and international work.

is a partnership between Kent County Council’s Culture and Creative Economy Service and Kent Libraries and achieved National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) status with Arts Council England in April 2023.
