Every Wednesday evening, join us for a cosy candlelit gentle beginner-friendly Yoga class and Sound Bath Meditation. Held at the stunning gothic Ullet Road Church main hall.
Class price is only £6.50 as I want to make this accessible.
- 35-40 mins Gentle Yoga Flow
- 20 - 25 mins Sound Bath Meditation
Resetting the nervous system, calming the mind, and moving the body. A perfect mid-week reset.

Please bring a yoga mat, a cosy blanket and pillow, and water bottle.
