Our Candlelit Warm Infrared Yin class is a deeply grounding practice designed to quiet the
nervous system and gently release tension held deep within the body. Set in a softly
warmed, infrared■heated room and illuminated by the glow of candlelight, this class creates
a cocoon of calm where time seems to slow and the outside world fades away.
Postures are held for longer periods and fully supported, allowing the body to open naturally
without force. The warmth encourages deep release in the connective tissues, while the
stillness invites reflection, presence, and ease.
